Vision Technology provides digital marketing services including Google Ads Management, Meta Ads Management, Social Media Strategy, Performance Reporting, PPC Management, and WebEngage Solutions. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate Service Agreement signed by both parties.

2. Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, transmit any harmful or malicious content, or use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the site.

3. Intellectual Property

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging Vision Technology for services agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for campaign management, grant appropriate access to advertising accounts and analytics platforms, review and approve creative materials within agreed timelines, and make payments in accordance with the agreed schedule.

5. Limitation of Liability

Vision Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement, including campaign data, business strategies, and financial information, and not to disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Muscat, Oman.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
